Foss Running Camp does not have a set “program” that campers are required to follow. We don’t dictate your training; instead, each camper works with their in-cabin coach to determine the training approach that is best for them based on their experience, training history, goals, and past performances.
Every athlete is unique, and we believe they deserve a training experience tailored specifically to their individual needs and goals.

Foss Running Camp is for anyone who wants to improve their performance in cross-country. Whether you’re taking your first steps into the sport or you’re a seasoned veteran, Foss has something to offer you.

Foss Running Camp does not have strict age restrictions. While the camp is geared toward high school cross-country runners—who make up 98% or more of our campers—we welcome athletes from a range of ages and experience levels. We typically have one to three middle school athletes attend each summer, and, on occasion, runners join us before beginning their freshman year of college.

Foss Running Camp welcomes both individual runners and entire teams.
Teammates are bunked together whenever possible to foster bonding.
Individual campers are paired together, quickly forming tight-knit groups.
